Trello is one of the most popular kanban tools. But not everyone needs all it can do — sometimes a simple board that the whole family or a group of friends can pick up in a minute is enough.
What is a kanban board
Kanban is a way of managing tasks on a board with columns. Every task is a card that moves from “To do”, through “In progress”, to “Done”. You can see all the work at a glance — which is why the method works not only in companies but also at home, during a renovation or when organising a trip.
