Task location
How to set a task’s place: an address, a point on the map, coordinates or a Google Maps link.
In the task window, in the Location section, you can set where the task needs to be done. All board members can see the place.
- Search — type an address or a place name (e.g. “10 Downing Street, London”) and click the magnifying glass or press Enter, then choose a result from the list,
- Link or coordinates — paste a Google Maps or OpenStreetMap link or coordinates (e.g. “51.5034, -0.1276”),
- My location — the crosshair button uses your device’s location (the browser will ask for permission),
- Map — click a spot on the small map; you can also drag the pin to adjust its position.
You can edit the place name, e.g. to “Client’s office” — your name will show on the map and in the route. The Google Maps link opens the place in a new tab (on a phone — in the app). The Delete button removes the location from the task. Setting and removing a place is recorded in the task history.
On the card and in the table, a task with a location has a pin icon with the place name.
Tip: Search uses OpenStreetMap data. If it cannot find something, add the city or click the spot on the map.
