App menu

Once you are signed in, the app menu is on the left. It contains:

• Boards — the list of boards, creating a new board, the archive, a small calendar and upcoming tasks,
• Tasks — tasks from all boards in one list, see Task list from all boards,
• Global calendar — see Global calendar,
• Projects — budget, stages and a timeline for tasks from different boards, see Projects,
• Map and routes — see Task map,
• Your boards — quick access to every board (without archived boards),
• at the bottom: Help Center, your name (opens account settings), Theme, language selection (globe) and Sign out.

On a phone and tablet

• Phone: the ☰ button in the top left corner opens the menu; the avatar on the right leads to account settings.
• Tablet: the menu is a narrow bar with icons only (top: Boards, Tasks, Projects, Global calendar, Map and routes; bottom: help, account, theme, language, sign out). On a wider screen the menu also shows names and the list of boards.
