Name, colour and profile photo
How to change what other people see on boards.
Your name at the bottom of the menu on the left opens account settings (on a phone — the avatar in the top right corner). In the Profile section you can:
- change your username,
- choose the avatar background colour — it is also the colour of your tasks in the board calendar,
- upload a photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP) — it will be cropped to a square and scaled down; you can also remove it.
Once saved, all members of your boards see the changes straight away, including in task histories.
