Projects

A project gathers tasks from different boards in one place and lets you calculate their budget: costs, income and profitability. You divide tasks into stages, and on the timeline you see when each stage starts and ends.

New project

In the menu on the left choose Projects, enter a name and click Create a project. On the project page set the Project budget and the currency (PLN, EUR or USD), add stages and tasks. Rename it with the pencil next to the name.

Tasks in a project

• New task — creates a task on the chosen board, already linked to the project,
• Link existing — you choose tasks from your boards (you can select several at once),
• in the window of any task — the Project and budget section.

A task can belong to only one project. A task from another project is greyed out in the list — unlink it from that project first. Clicking a task title opens its window, and clicking the amount lets you quickly edit the item.
