What data we store, where, and who can see your boards.

A board and its tasks can only be seen by people who belong to it — also when it is archived.
Only you can see your projects (budget, stages, amounts) — other board members do not know that a task belongs to your project.
When the owner deletes a board, its tasks, assignments and history are deleted for all members.
Data is stored in the European Union (Ireland).
We only use essential cookies and browser storage: sign-in session, theme, language, calendar and map settings. No ads and no analytics.
The map loads from OpenStreetMap servers only after you click “Show map”. We search for addresses through our own server — OpenStreetMap only receives the text you typed, without your data. We do not save your location.
Fonts are served from our server — your browser does not connect to Google Fonts.
