Calendar in Google, Apple and Outlook (iCal)
Subscribe to your dated tasks in an external calendar through a secret link.
You can see your dated tasks in your everyday calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook). The calendar app fetches them from a secret link by itself and refreshes — usually every few hours.
- Open your account and, in the calendar section, click Create calendar link.
- Copy the link. Google Calendar: “Other calendars” (+) → “From URL”. Apple Calendar: File → “New Calendar Subscription”. Outlook: “Add calendar” → “Subscribe from web”. On an Apple phone you can also use the “Open in a calendar app” link.
- The calendar is read-only — you make changes in Add My Task, not in the external calendar.
- It shows tasks with a date that are not in the “Done” column, from the last 30 days and the future, from boards that are not archived. The Only tasks assigned to me option is on by default.
- Dates without a time are all-day events; times appear as entered, without time-zone conversion.
Tip: This link works like a password — anyone who has it can see these tasks (titles, descriptions, places). Do not share it. If it leaks, click New link (the old one stops working) or Turn off.
