Read-only link to a board

A board owner can share a view of it with people who have no account — e.g. a client, a renovation crew or family. They see the board in the browser but change nothing.

1. Open the board and in the panel on the right click Read-only link, then Create link.
2. Copy the link and send it to whoever you like. Changes on the board show after refreshing the page.

• Visible: the board name, titles, descriptions, statuses, dates and names of assigned people. Not visible: email addresses, comments, history, locations or projects with amounts.
• The link works like a password — anyone who has it sees the board, even if you did not send it to them. The page is not indexed by search engines.
• New link invalidates the old one immediately, Turn off removes access. When the board is deleted, the link stops working.
• Only the board owner creates and manages the link.
